Does AtlasData access my data?
No. AtlasData only displays your Power BI reports. All data remains in your Microsoft/Azure environment.
Setup
Do I need a Power BI Pro license?
Yes, for users who will view reports, Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) is required. Alternatively, you can use Power BI Premium capacity.
Can I use my custom domain?
Yes, you can configure your own domain like analytics.yourcompany.com. See the White-Label documentation.
How does Service Principal work?
Service Principal is an application identity in Azure that allows programmatic access to Power BI. See the complete tutorial.
Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. AtlasData:
- Does not store data from your reports
- Uses encrypted connection (HTTPS)
- Supports Azure AD authentication
- Respects Power BI permissions (RLS)
Is AtlasData LGPD compliant?
Yes. AtlasData allows exporting all user data and respects privacy policies. See Compliance.
How does RLS work?
Power BI Row-Level Security is respected by AtlasData. Users only see data they have permission for. See configure RLS.
Users
How many users can I have?
Depends on the contracted plan:
- Starter: Up to 10 users
- Professional: Up to 50 users
- Enterprise: Unlimited
Can I have different access levels?
Yes. AtlasData supports:
- Admin: Full access to the portal
- Manager: Manages users and reports
- Viewer: Only views reports
How do I invite new users?
- Go to Users in the menu
- Click Invite
- Enter the user's email
- Select the access level
- The user will receive an invitation email
Integration
Can I use my company's SSO?
Yes, AtlasData supports Azure AD integration for Single Sign-On. Contact us for setup.
Does AtlasData have an API?

Can I integrate with Slack/Teams?
