First Access to the Portal

After connecting your Power BI, your portal will be ready for use.

Accessing the Portal​

Your portal is available at:

https://atlasdata.app/[your-tenant]

Or simply go to atlasdata.app and log in.

Dashboard​

The home page shows:

  • Recent reports
  • Usage metrics
  • Active alerts

Reports​

List of all reports available to you, organized by workspace.

Analytics (Admin)​

Detailed usage metrics:

  • Access by user
  • Most popular reports
  • Viewing time

Users (Admin)​

User management:

  • Invite new users
  • Set permissions
  • Manage groups

Settings (Admin)​

Portal customization:

  • Branding (logo, colors)
  • Custom domain
  • SSO integration

After first access, we recommend:

  1. Check reports: Confirm that all reports are visible
  2. Invite users: Add other team members
  3. Customize branding: Add your company logo
  4. Configure alerts: Set up notifications for issues
